§ 11-9. City approval required.

  • Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of this title, no project having an aggregate cost exceeding ten million dollars ($10,000,000.00), including, but not limited to, the acquisition of real property by the authority or the expansion of the authority's aviation facilities, may be undertaken by the authority unless such project is approved by ordinance of the Syracuse common council adopted by a majority vote and approved by the mayor.
