§ 18-38. Damages awarded for change of grade to be collected as part of improvement.

In case of changes of grade hereafter made in any street as a part of an improvement for the paving or grading of such street, the damages awarded therefor shall not be assessed by such commissioners but shall be included in and assessed and collected as a part of the cost of such improvement.
