It shall be the duty of the city engineer of said city, form time to time, to make
a map and profile showing the proposed location of any additional conduit line and
all additional lands and waters, inlets, reservoirs, stations and other structures
acquired, used or maintained in connection with any extension of said system of waterworks.
It shall include all additional conduits, mains and pipes, laid or maintained, for
the distribution of water throughout the city and the location of all hydrants, fountains,
standpipes and other structures, connected therewith. A copy of each such map certified
by said city engineer shall also be filed in the county clerk's office of Onondaga
County.
