§ 5-27. Notice to superintendent of building prior to demolition of buildings, staging, etc.

The owner, architect, builder or contractor for any building, structure, premises, wall, platform, staging or flooring demolished shall give not less than twenty-four (24) hours written notice of the commencement of the work of demolition to the superintendent of building.
