§ 5-33. Change in use or occupancy of nonconforming structures.

  • No change shall be made in the use or occupation of any existing building which will materially alter its character without the permission of the superintendent of building and until said building has been reconstructed and modified to conform to the provisions of this act [chapter] and the building code.
