§ 6-3. Compensation of commissioners of condemnation.

The commissioners of condemnation provided for herein shall each receive twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day while in the actual discharge of their duties, but no per diem compensation shall be allowed unless at least one-half of the day allowed for shall be consumed in the performance of such duties.
