§ 14-6. Transporting manure.

No person shall carry or transport or cause to be carried or transported through, upon or across or along any street, alley or other public place of the city, any manure, unless the same be completely and tightly covered with a wooden or canvas covering in such manner as to prevent the same from being exposed to view or dropping upon said street, alley or public place.
