§ 14-27. License required.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to peddle milk or milk products or deliver the same from any vehicle to the inhabitants of the city or to any firm, copartnership or corporation, or in and upon any of the public streets, squares or alleys of the city, without first having been duly licensed to do the same by the commissioner of licenses as hereinafter provided.
