§ 14-46. Identification plate.

Every food vendor and mobile food vendor shall affix to the vendor's vehicle, pushcart, stand, mobile vendor stand or park concession stand in a conspicuous place where the same may be plainly seen during the term of said license the metal plate bearing an identification number and the year of the issuance of the license issued by the commissioner of finance.

Every vendor selling without a vehicle, pushcart, or stand shall carry on the vendor's person the metal plate bearing the identification number and the year of the issuance of the license issued by the commissioner of finance.
