§ 1-4. Revised General Ordinances construed as continuation of heretofore existing ordinances.

The provisions of the Revised General Ordinances not inconsistent with prior ordinances in effect at the adoption of the Revised General Ordinances shall be construed as a continuation thereof, rather than as new enactments.
