§ 25-14A. Ground transportation license eligibility list.

All applicants for ground transportation licenses must prior to being placed on the eligibility list kept by the chief, demonstrate to the satisfaction of the chief that he is qualified to assume the duties and obligations of a licensed vehicle owner, as imposed by the provisions hereof. Once the chief determines such, the applicants shall be placed on the list in the order in which they were approved by the chief.
