§ 25-16. Register of ground transportation licenses.

The commissioner of licenses shall maintain a register of all ground transportation licenses issued. The register shall include: The name of the licensee, the location of the office or place of business of the licensee, the type of ground transportation service provided by the licensee, and the ground transportation license numbers issued to the licensee.
