§ 25-4. Requirements.

A taxicab or airbus, shall be operated within the jurisdiction of the city, only if the owner or operator shall first have obtained a ground transportation license as provided herein. Such license shall be effective upon the date of issuance thereof and shall expire one (1) year from the date of issuance unless sooner suspended or revoked.
