§ 25-17. Requirements.

No person shall drive any taxicab or airport bus within the jurisdiction of the city without such person having first obtained and paid for and kept in full force and effect a taxicab driver's license or airport bus driver's license, under the provisions of this chapter. The taxicab driver's license or airport bus driver's license shall be effective upon the date of issuance thereof and shall expire one year from the date of issuance unless sooner suspended or revoked.
