§ 25-22. License fee.

(a)

No application for a driver's license including renewals shall be approved unless the application is accompanied by a nonrefundable fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).

(b)

Any taxi driver in possession of a driver's license who shall fail to renew his license as otherwise required by this section shall be required to tender a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) upon such subsequent application.
