§ 25-95. License revocation and other disciplinary action.

No person described in section 25-93 shall have any license or permit issued by the city pursuant to this chapter revoked or suspended or be subjected to any disciplinary action provided in this article except for misconduct shown after a hearing upon stated charges, or pursuant to section 25-97.
