§ 25-98. Penalties.

    Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction thereof, shall be liable to a fine not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed fifteen (15) days, or both, in addition to civil penalties.

    b.

    If the person is found guilty of the charges pursuant to section 25-96, the penalty may consist of suspension or revocation of any licenses or permits issued by the city pursuant to this chapter, and a penalty not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00); provided, however, that no license may be suspended for a period exceeding ninety (90) days.
