§ 2-49. To whom payment made.

Latest version.

The death benefits shall be paid to:
(a)

The member's widow, or, if he shall leave no widow, or if his widow shall die before receiving the total of the amounts provided in section 2-48 hereof, then to

(b)

His child or children under age eighteen (18), in equal amounts.
