§ 34-9. Expenses.

The expenses as approved by the city and the county governing bodies for carrying on the commission's activities shall be apportioned equally between the city and the county and the executive heads and governing bodies of the city and county respectively hereto shall take such action as is necessary and proper to provide for the payment of its share of said expenses.
