§ 39-9. Affirmative action plan review.

  • The affirmative action officer shall review the affirmative action plan with the commission on employment of the mayor's permanent conference on minority affairs at least annually to determine the success of the program and to determine the necessity of revision or modification of the plan and its implementation. The officer shall submit a written report of any findings and recommendations to the mayor.
