§ 43-2. Definitions.

[Whenever used in this chapter, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context:]

Aerosol spray paint can shall mean a can or container containing paint and a propellant and designated to spray paint and which is also commonly known as a paint spray can.

Broad-tipped indelible marker shall mean any felt tipped marker or similar implement containing a fluid that is not water soluble and which has a flat or angled writing surface one-half inch or greater.
