§ 14-17. Suspension of licenses.

(a)

Violation of any provision of this article, which is punishable by suspension of a waste haulers license or municipal waste haulers license, shall be subject to a hearing upon stated charges before a hearing officer designated by the commissioner of finance.

(b)

The period of suspension for a violation of this article as determined pursuant to section 14-17 shall in no event exceed one (1) year.
