§ 14-20. Industrial waste generators.

No D.P.W. service shall be provided for industrial waste. Industrial waste generators must provide or arrange for proper disposal of industrial waste in accordance with applicable law and regulations. Violations of this section shall be punishable by a fine of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each occurrence.
