§ 14-25. Hazardous waste.

No D.P.W. service is provided for hazardous waste. The waste generator shall be responsible for proper disposal of hazardous waste in accordance with appropriate rules, regulations and laws.

Violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than one (1) year.
