§ 25-11. Delinquent fees upon renewal.

An additional fee of two dollars ($2.00) per day for each renewal ground transportation license shall be paid if the applicant is delinquent in excess of ten (10) days beyond the expiration date of his old license. In the event an application is not made within twenty (20) days after the expiration of the old license, all rights held pertaining to said license shall be forfeited and the license shall revert to the city and said license shall be issued in accordance with the eligibility list kept by the chief.
