§ 25-10A. Transition to revised ground transportation licenses.

Ground transportation licenses previously issued for a one-year period pursuant to the previous language of section 25-10 and any new ground transportation license to be issued during the July 2010 through June 2011 shall be subject to the terms and fees for the transaction period under this article set forth hereinbelow in this section 25-10A:

Issued during July 2010 for sixty dollars ($60.00) shall expire June 30, 2010, and shall be subject to renewal at the revised fees established pursuant to section 25-10, as amended; and

Issued during August 2010 for sixty dollars ($60.00) shall expire June 30, 2011, and shall be subject to renewal at a fee of two hundred ninety-five dollars ($295.00) for the period of July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012, and at the revised fees established pursuant to section 25-10, as amended, for each July 1 to June 30 period thereafter; and

Issued during September 2010 shall be issued or renewed, as the case may be, for a ten-month period or portion of said ten-month period to expire June 30, 2011, at a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) and shall be subject to renewal at the revised fees established pursuant to section 25-10, as amended; and

Issued during October 2010 shall be issued or renewed, as the case may be, for a nine-month period or portion of said nine-month period to expire June 30, 2011, at a fee of forty-five dollars ($45.00) and shall be subject to renewal at the revised fees established pursuant to section 25-10, as amended; and

Issued during November 2010 shall be issued or renewed, as the case may be, for an eight-month period or portion of said eight-month period to expire June 30, 2011, at a fee of forty dollars ($40.00) and shall be subject to renewal at the revised fees established pursuant to section 25-10, as amended; and

Issued during December 2010 shall be issued or renewed, as the case may be, for a seven-month period or portion of said seven-month period to expire June 30, 2011, at a fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) and shall be subject to renewal at the revised fees established pursuant to section 25-10, as amended; and

Issued during January 2011 shall be issued or renewed, as the case may be, for a one-year and six-month period or portion of said one-year and six-month period to expire June 30, 2012, at a fee of three hundred thirty-three dollars ($330.00) and shall be subject to renewals for the period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, and for each July to June period thereafter at the revised fees established pursuant to section 25-10, as amended; and

Issued during February 2011 shall be issued or renewed, as the case may be, for a seventeen-month period or portion of said seventeen-month period to expire June 30, 2012, at a fee of three hundred twenty-five dollars ($325.00) and shall be subject to renewals for the period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, and each July through June period thereafter at the revised fees established pursuant to section 25-10, as amended; and

Issued during March 2011 shall be issued or renewed, as the case may be, for a sixteen-month period or portion of said sixteen-month period to expire June 30, 2012, at a fee of three hundred twenty dollars ($320.00) and shall be subject to renewals for the period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, and each July through June period thereafter at the revised fees established pursuant to section 25-10, as amended; and

Issued during April 2011 shall be issued or renewed, as the case may be, for a fifteen-month period or portion of said fifteen-month period to expire June 30, 2012, at a fee of three hundred fifteen dollars ($315.00) and shall be subject to renewal for the period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013 and each July through June period thereafter at the revised fees established pursuant to section 25-10, as amended; and

Issued during May 2011 shall be issued or renewed, as the case may be, for a fourteen-month period to expire June 30, 2012, at a fee of three hundred ten dollars ($310.00) and shall be subject to renewal for the period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, and each July to June period thereafter at the revised fees established pursuant to section 25-10, as amended; and

Issued during June 2011 shall be issued or renewed, as the case may be, for a thirteen-month period to expire June 30, 2012, at a fee of three hundred five dollars ($305.00) and shall be subject to renewal for the period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, and each July through June period thereafter at the revised fees established pursuant to section 25-10, as amended.
