§ 25-6. Number of ground transportation licenses limited.

Latest version.

The total number of ground transportation licenses shall not exceed two hundred (200) plus such licenses as may be necessary to permit any person to fulfill any written agreement with the city to provide ground transportation services at the airport. Additional licenses, other than those mentioned above, shall be certified and authorized pursuant to section 25-7.
