§ 34-4. Planning and priorities committee.

A planning and priorities committee of the commission shall be created to make recommendations to the commission relative to major projects and objectives to be undertaken by the commission. The membership of said committee shall consist of the chairman, vice-chairman of the commission and the chairman of the other committee of the commission.
